Job Responsibilities:

Client Prospecting & Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential clients within target industries.
• Generate new business leads via cold calls, emails, networking, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads based on company needs, budget, and timelines.

Sales Support:
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients and key decision-makers.
• Support in the preparation of contracts and negotiations.

Relationship Building:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate staffing solutions.

Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within staffing and talent acquisition.
• Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to position our services effectively.

CRM Management:
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current lead data, client interactions, and sales progress.
• Ensure follow-up tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with recruitment teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth staffing delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing to create relevant promotional materials for clients.

Reporting & Metrics:
• Track sales metrics, provide regular updates on performance, and help create reports for senior management.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Experience:
• 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in staffing or IT recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.

Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
