Locations: Jaffna | Polonnaruwa

Are you with a passion for building relationships and driving sales? At AB Mauri Lanka, a global leader in bakery ingredients and solutions, we are looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team in Jaffna and Polonnaruwa!

What You’ll Do:
• Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by promoting our innovative bakery solutions to existing and potential volume of customers.
• Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with bakery owners, distributors, and retailers.
• Market Insights: Gather market data and provide valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.
• Expand Reach: Identify new business opportunities in your territory and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints: Resolving complaints through investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role (experience in FMCG or bakery ingredients is a plus!).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Tamil/Sinhala and English.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Jaffna or Polonnaruwa regions is must
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Certificate or diploma in sales/marketing is added advantage
• 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity
