Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Micronet Global Services (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and policy implementation.
Qualifications
• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Policy implementation and compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
