Job description
We seek a Tech Lead with a strong background in .NET, React, and Azure to lead and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record in leading teams, designing architecture, and implementing scalable, efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Define and enforce best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
Project Management:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Manage technical tasks, timelines, and team productivity.
Software Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET (C#), React, and Azure.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
Architecture and Design:
• Define application architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Implement microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions using Azure.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Cloud Expertise:
• Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud-based applications on Azure.
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability of cloud services.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Expertise in React and front-end development (JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux).
• Experience with Azure services (Azure DevOps, App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in database management (SQL Server, NoSQL).
• Tools: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform).
