Our Colombo office is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Digital & Event Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

– Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.

– Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).

– Organize and manage events, both online and offline, to promote our services and engage with our audience.

– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities.

– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and event management.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field.

– Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Event Management.

– Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and ability to use related software E. g. Canva etc.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
