We’re looking for an HR Business Manager to drive our organization’s HR initiatives and project management. This role combines strategic HR leadership with stakeholder management across the business.
## Key Responsibilities
– Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and projects
– Manage recruitment, performance, and employee engagement programs
– Lead HR analytics and reporting for decision-making
– Drive organizational development initiatives
– Coordinate with international stakeholders in English
## Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
– 2+ years HR experience with business partnership focus
– Strong project management capabilities
– Excellent English communication skills
– Business analysis experience is a plus
