Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist at Acent Services. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and implementing HR strategies. This role is based in Colombo with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies expertise
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Experience in handling recruitment and employee relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
