Bizadvisor is an emerging business consultancy firm providing Business Support Services in the fields of Business Registration, Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, Marketing and IT. We are looking for a smart, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Executive – Office Administration.
Responsibilities
• Manage office paperwork, including organizing and processing documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain both physical and digital records.
• Prepare, file, and update official documents as per company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for smooth office operations.
• Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence and scheduling.
Requirements
• Good writing and speaking skills in English and Sinhala.
• Good computer literacy in using MS Office Package, Emails, and the Internet.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Other Information
• Working Location – Maharagama.
• Time – 9 AM to 5 PM on Weekdays.
