We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team as HR Advisor and Trainee HR Advisor within our HR Solutions Unit for immediate engagement. This unit is dedicated to delivering exceptional HR advisory services that enhance HR operations across the business landscape in Sri Lanka. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality HR consultancy services, we are actively seeking candidates for these key roles.
HR Advisor
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert HR advice to EFC member organizations on HR and labor law issues, ensuring compliance and optimized HR practices.
• Participate in ongoing HR assignments, offering high-quality consultancy solutions, assessing HR needs, and delivering actionable recommendations. Act as a key stakeholder in HR assignments, collaborating closely with clients to ensure the successful execution of strategic HR projects.
• Develop tailored HR consultancy proposals that align with client goals, offering clear pathways for HR improvements.
• Offer hands-on HR support to member firms, addressing immediate HR needs and ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations to keep clients informed on the status of ongoing HR assignments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in HR or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing or service sector environment.
• Masters in Business Administration or HR, and an LLB / Attorney At Law qualification will be considered advantageous.
• Strong report writing, excellent presentation and data analytics skills are essential.
• Flexibility to visit outstation as needed to attend to HR assignments.
Trainee HR Advisor
Have you completed your studies in HR, ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree and/or a recognized qualification in HR, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in the HR field?
We are looking for a candidate to support our ongoing HR assignments and contribute to HR services marketing initiatives. A strong understanding of HR theory and its practical applications, along with experience in data analytics and service marketing will be an added advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop new skills and grow within an HR consultancy role.
These roles will require travel to outstation sites for various consultancy assignments. The selected candidates can look forward to a supportive work environment, offering valuable exposure and opportunities to grow within the HR advisory field.
