Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist at Adams BPO in Colombo. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, handling communication with clients, managing customer service inquiries in contact centers, and utilizing computer literacy skills to assist customers effectively on-site.
Qualifications
• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Experience in customer service roles
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
