Job description
Education/ Experience and Skills Requirement:
• At least 1 year of experience in quantitative analysis, including financial modeling, trading comps, transactions comps and benchmarking
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in client relationship management
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of finance fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:
• Supporting our clients on financial spreading assignments (historical financial models, which further can be used for forecasting) and to develop results-driven strategies including critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments – through in-depth primary and secondary research
• Preparing proforma statements in case of any acquisition/divesture and analysing credit metrics, such as total leverage, interest coverage and fixed charge coverage, in case of corporate events
• Conducting valuation analysis using the income method and multiples-driven technique (relative valuation analysis)
• Conducting qualitative research, with proven experience in industry research – including debt analysis, covenant monitoring and cash flow conversion
• Supporting our clients with detailed financial models – including market sizing, investment and DCF & M&A models
• Benchmarking companies on various financial and operating parameters to understand industry growth and profitability
• Interacting with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations
• Conducting quality check on reports
• Interacting with the client, understanding project scope and independently managing/delivering projects
• Periodically tracking the business and financial performance indicators of portfolio companies and benchmarking
