A Client Servicing Executive at Impact Labs manages a client’s digital strategy to improve their digital presence and to achieve their digital marketing goals. Ensuring a strong relationship with existing and potential clients.As Client Servicing Executive at IMPACT LABS, you’ll get to:
• Provide hands on support with delivery of digital campaigns.
• Build long term associations with global clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide solutions by finding ways and means cutting across functions by understanding their business objectives.
• Manage delivery through management of work flow, resource requirement and quality of output.

Ideally, you should have:
• Certifications/ Courses in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
• Experience in the digital or advertising industry
• The ability to define, create, and complete a technical task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management, problem solving and people management skills.
