Job Role
• Working as per the organization goal of the financial year target.
• 80% role includes sales by Creating New Sales Pipeline & consecutively participating in SMART sales program.
• Participating in RFQ & RPF’s related to service industry which includes Manpower supply.
• Preparing presentation & Proposal Writing must.
• Daily, weekly & monthly update on Sales Force on new pipeline created.
• Keeping track on agreement renewals of existing & new or amendment.
• Draft agreement reviewing & coordinate with internal legal team for vetting & closure with customer.
• Keeping track on competition service provider within the market.
• Participating in branding activities with marcom team.
• Actively participating in different corporate forms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with Service Industry or Audit Firm, Event Management, Facility Management preferred.
• Proven working experience in the similar capacity, preferably minimum 5 years & maximum 10 years’ experience with age bracket from 28 to 35 years.
• Degree in Marketing or Business Management. An MBA will be an added advantage.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Great networking skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are residing in Colombo.
• Excellent Communication in English read, write & speak must.
