Scrum Master
Guide the team through agile practices and tools
Relentless focus on helping the team communicate, collaborate, help each other in the removal of barriers and continuous focus on customer needs
Organize and facilitate all scrum ceremonies
Work with the product owner and team to develop roadmaps and manage backlog
Ensure deliverable completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management
Coach product owner, other scrum masters and individual team members in opportunities for improvement in mindset and practices to drive the team to higher engagement

8+ years working as a Scrum Master
Demonstrated understanding of lean agile values and principles
Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes
Expert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing)
Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.
Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment.
