Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Perform audits on financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct detailed audits of QuickBooks entries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support tax preparation processes and ensure timely submission of tax returns.
• Assist in business planning and financial forecasting.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial procedures and controls.
• Provide support during external audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
