Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Colombo

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Design and execute digital, print, and social media campaigns to boost brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Manage the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer service, to enhance the customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
