We are hiring for a leading manufacturing company located at Colombo 07, Sri Lanka

Primary Role

The position is responsible for implementing a Sales Force Automation (SFA) system that delivers a competitive advantage to the business.

Responsibilities Channel Automation & Management of SFA
• Training of the team and Distributors/Dealers in Darpan software, along with Sales management Group (SMG)/Vendor
• Ensuring that the Darpan bill is going on in the market, by co coordinating with ASMs/NSM
• Attending complaint of Distributors/Dealers and coordinating with IT/SMG to get it resolved
• Mapping new requirements and communicating to SMG/Vendor for development
• Handling of monthly/ quarterly schemes and managing claims receiving from distributors.

Sales Force Automation (SFA) & Management of Proton
• Roll out of Proton system with front line sales team.
• Ensuring proper Dealer Route Coverage Plan is available in the Nucleus of Sales Force
• Driving key metrics like productivity, coverage, Range selling etc.

Sales Team Induction, Training & monitor performance
• To ensure adherence to Induction & Training of the new Front-Line sales Team
• To give feedback to NSM on the reasons behind SE attrition
• To monitor SEs under exception
• Track and improve performance of territories in overall exception

Distributor Exception Management
• Identification of weak Distributors (Financial/ poor service)
• Pro-active replacement, minimizing impact on business

Sales MIS management
• To ensure proper quality of all sales related MIS to the sales team

Qualification & Experience:
• Professional qualifications in Marketing from recognized body
• Ability to coordinate with SMG team in India in English language.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role in FMCG company / Hardware sector
• The candidate should have exposure to leading Sales Automation system implementation.
• Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and IT skills are required
