The Role:

The Senior Manager – People & Culture will lead and oversee the HR function, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. This role is critical in managing and guiding the HR team, developing and implementing effective HR strategies, and fostering a positive and engaging work culture.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the HR function, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage and guide the HR team, ensuring efficient HR operations across all departments.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and effective talent management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a positive work culture by promoting a performance-driven and KPI-focused environment, while prioritizing employee well-being.
• Provide strategic HR leadership to senior management and support organizational change initiatives.
• Plan and organize company events and engagement activities throughout the year to foster an engaging workplace culture.
• Manage operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the organization.

Requirements:
• A degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role with 8 years of overall HR experience
