In your role, you will be challenged to take on tasks that uphold this mission and pushes Enfection forward. You will grow as a person in your field while helping fellow Enfectors do cool things in the marketing sphere!

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position at Enfection located in Kotte, Sri Lanka. This vacancy is for an onsite, full-time position.

Here are some of the responsibilities you need to get your hands on;
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software (or by hand)
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Coming up with new innovative ideas/designs
• Work with content writers and account managers to produce final design
• Amend designs after feedback

Key Skills/Experience
• Proven graphic designing experience (minimum 1.5 years work experience)
• Degree/diploma in design, fine arts or related field
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Knowledge in video editing will be an added advantage (Premiere pro & After effects)
• Talent for creativity and passion for learning
• A team player
