Manager – Consumer Lending

Job description

The Job:
• Drive the end-to-end business partners and channels of Consumer Lending products. From ideation and development to launch and optimization, you will ensure our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnership with institutions to expand the footprint of Consumer Lending. You will be the single contact point for partner management and fulfillment.
• Utilize your strong analytical skills to interpret data and consumer behavior, informing product decisions and strategies. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Understand and anticipate consumer/partner needs and preferences in the digital space. Leverage this knowledge to create compelling and user-friendly Consumer lending solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations , marketing, channel planning and customer support, to ensure seamless product delivery and superior customer experience.
• A strong understanding of digital lending products and consumer finance is essential, while strict compliance with regulatory, operational, risk and statutory requirements.

The Person:
• Minimum 05 years of proven experience in product management & partner management, preferably within digital lending or financial services industry .
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior in the digital landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Fintech / Digital Banking or similar discipline
• Professional qualification in Project Management/MBA would be advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & partners.
• Strong conceptualization skills and innovative product development approaches with strong ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders.
