The desired candidate will get experience;

· Social media marketing – Provide support for the company’s social media accounts and posts content.

· Online engagement – Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and tiktok.

· Reports & Communication – Assists in creating performance reports & Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

· Organization – Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.

· Customer focus – Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales as required.

· Professionalism – Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

The desired candidate will have;

· A graduate in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar disciplines.

· Good command of written and verbal skills in English & Sinhala is a must.

· Good computer literacy (Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and creative designing will be advantageous)
