As we expand our vision, we seek a talented Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to creating world-class designs that bring luxury and functionality together.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Junior Architect to assist in preparing architectural drawings, developing specifications, and coordinating with consultants to deliver high-quality designs for construction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all aspects of the design align with Aviyana’s standards of excellence and luxury.

Key Responsibilities
• Architectural Drawings: Prepare complete architectural drawings with the necessary details for construction, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Specifications Development: Create detailed written specifications for materials, finishes, and systems to guide the construction process.
• Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with engineers (structural, MEP, civil) and other consultants to integrate their input into the design and technical drawings.
• Design Compliance: Ensure that all drawings and specifications meet local regulations, building codes, and Aviyana’s design standards.
• Coordination Support: Assist the senior architectural team in project coordination and maintaining documentation throughout the design process.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in architectural design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar).
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
