Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
🛠 Own the Entire HR Function: Manage every aspect of HR and talent management at Feelo. You will be first HR person in Feelo and you will be the only HR in Feelo.
🎯 Hire & Build Teams: Identify, recruit, and hire top talent to build our dream team from the ground up.
📊 Data-Driven Decisions: Track hiring metrics, monitor performance, and optimize recruitment processes with a data-first approach.
📅 Streamline Processes: Develop efficient workflows and tools to keep things running smoothly.
🔢 Main KPI: Build high-performing teams and ensure we meet our hiring and business goals fast.
