We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager for our online supermarket operation located in Colombo 2.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and manage store staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage inventory and maintain store standards.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the retail industry is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends on a roster basis.
