Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the entire group.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans that support our continued growth and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic finance team.
• Drive improvements in systems, processes, and controls to ensure robust financial management.

What You Bring to the Table:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent. MBA is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading financial teams and working within a large, diverse organization.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning, analysis, and management reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and a keen eye for process improvements.
