We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually engaging digital content across various platforms. This role involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop high-quality graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and create multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media, for digital marketing, social media, websites, and other platforms.

– Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and conceptualize visual solutions for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branded content.

– Develop and execute motion graphics and animations for social media, advertisements, and presentations.

– Ensure all multimedia projects are completed within deadlines and meet the company’s quality standards.

– Optimize multimedia content for various devices and formats, ensuring compatibility and performance.

– Manage and coordinate with vendors for printing and external production needs, ensuring quality and timely delivery of all materials.

– Oversee and execute outdoor branding projects for the company, as well as internal branding initiatives to maintain brand consistency within company premises.

– Stay current with AI software and tools relevant to multimedia design, and leverage these tools to enhance creative output and efficiency.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

– Proven experience (5+ years) in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital content (graphics, videos, animations, etc.).

– Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, adobe in design), and other relevant tools.

– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

– Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
