Job role:
• Handle administrative requests from teams efficiently.
• Take responsibility for security, cleaning, maintenance and office administration to ensure a clean and secure workplace.
• Oversee office facilities such as parking, lockers, kitchen, meeting rooms, and common areas to meet team needs.
• Track and manage office supplies, team member lunch arrangements and transport services.
• Assist with event and training arrangements.
• Coordinate office maintenance, including plants, equipment, and pest control services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support cost-reduction strategies.
• Assist with finance & petty cash matters, document transfers and IT issues.
• Review and improve third-party service agreements related to administration.
• Collaborate with other internal & external stakeholders to fulfill any other tasks as requested by the Management or HR.
Candidate requirements:
• Passionate about Sri Lanka; you’re committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration.
• Successfully completed GCE Ols & Als. ( School leavers can also apply )
• Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Sinhala. (Tamil is a plus)
• Good IT literacy skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role/function is preferred.
• Ability to travel for work and work extra hours/weekends when required. (Base working location – Colombo 01)
