Job description
Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

· Assist with booking meeting rooms when required.

· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it represents our company’s image.

· Direct candidates to meeting rooms during physical interviews.

· Update newly printed staff ID numbers and inform new recruits to collect the staff ID’s.

· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.

· Accept resigned employee’s ID’s and update the ID list.

· Maintain stocks of lanyards and ID pouches and reorder when necessary.

· Issue visitor passes and maintain records.

· Coordinate and organize lunch, snacks, tea/coffee for staff meetings and events held at office.

· Arrange corporate connections for Executive and Above cadre.

· Manage the payments related to connection.

· Weekly maintain and update the dinner & KOT excel sheets.

· Share the daily lunch & dinner counts with the caterer via email and WhatsApp.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
• In depth knowledge on customer service.
• Degree / Diploma relating to Customer Service /Administration or Human resource would be an added advantage.
