We are seeking an experienced Assistant Business Development Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, advocacy, and revenue growth. The role focuses on developing referral schemes, enhancing customer retention, and creating advocacy programs to turn customers into brand ambassadors.
Responsibilities
• Analyze customer data and behavior to create targeted campaigns aimed at increasing retention rates and reducing churn.
• Develop targeted communication strategies that align with various stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Ability to manage customer engagement throughout multiple communication channels including but not limited to Email, social media, Live Chat, WhatsApp etc.
• Design, implement, and optimize customer referral programs to drive new customer acquisition.
• Leverage customer insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with the sales and product teams to develop and execute campaigns that increase revenue.
• Build and manage customer advocacy programs that turn satisfied customers into brand promoters including gathering reviews and community building.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and support teams to identify and cultivate key advocates for case studies, testimonials, and user-generated content.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of retention and referral initiatives. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and programs.
• Work closely with product, sales, customer support, and digital marketing teams to align customer marketing efforts with broader company goals.
• Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer marketing, with a strong focus on referral programs, retention, and advocacy.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer analytics software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience and driving growth.
Working Type – Hybrid
Working Days – Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
